Cornelia Police issue BOLO for burglary suspects

By Caleb Hutchins Assistant News Director

Authorities are asking the public to help them locate four suspects in an alleged burglary of a convenient store in Cornelia.

The Cornelia Police Department posted a be on the lookout to their social media page Sunday, saying the alleged crime happened early that morning at ABC Foods on N. Main Street.

"We are asking anyone that has a home or business surveillance system in the area to please check your cameras and reach out to us with any information," the post by the police department said.

Police have not specified what, if anything, was stolen from the store.

A photo posted by the police department appears to show four people wearing hoodies standing near the entrance to the store. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Cornelia police by calling 706-778-3911 or 706-778-4314.

Information can also be emailed to investigators at either [email protected] or [email protected].
