Cumming was recently listed as the best place to retire in the entire country, according to the website Smart Asset.
Naples, Florida was listed as the second-best location.
According to the website, the best place to retire was determined by several factors - including tax-friendliness, medical care and social opportunities.
Cumming led in the tax burden category by 2.9% over Naples with a 16.5% score. Cumming's population is 20% seniors, while retirees make up 52.5% of Naples' population.
They factored in the number of doctors' offices, recreation centers and retirement center per thousand residents in each location.
The other cities to make the top ten list include Beverly Hills, CA; Gig Harbor, WA; Farmingon, MI; Media, PA; Westlake Village, CA; Orange Park, FL; Grosse Pointe, MI; and Grand Blanc, MI.
