Jackson County Community Outreach offers more than $20K in scholarship money
The Jackson County Community Outreach (JCCO) announced recently that the group will award 17 scholarships totaling $21,500 to graduating seniors of the county's four high schools and the Jackson County Adult Learning Center in 2017.
