GAINESVILLE, Ga. – North Hall scored 48 unanswered points on their way to a 51-7 win over Chestatee Friday night at The Brickyard.
After a Walker Vining field goal took the early lead for the Trojans, the War Eagles marched right down the field, scoring on the final play of the first quarter on a Ben Plemons 1-yard rushing score to take a 7-3 lead.
That was the last time Chestatee scored as Justin Allen had a career night, scoring three touchdowns in the second quarter to help North Hall take a 31-7 lead at the break.
The Trojans didn't stop there as Jacob Adams found a crease from 11 yards out just before Ty Kemp caught a 9-yard pass from Alex Schlieman to extend the lead to 44-7. Smith McGarvey found Noah Kemp in the fourth quarter for a 46-yard touchdown to end the night.
Ty Kemp ended the night with eight catches for 131 yards and a score, while Schlieman was 18-of-22 for 282 yards passing. Allen finished with 76 yards on seven touches.
