Delitha Louise Cash Martin, 83

Alexander's Gateway Chapel Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Delitha Louise Cash Martin age 83 of Cleveland. Mrs. Martin passed away Friday, August 8, 2008 at her residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 10, 2008 from the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Barry Sykes officiating , Interment will follow at 5:00 from Hillcrest Cemetery.

Mrs. Martin was born in Carroll County on September 28, 1924 to the late Charlie Cash and Cornelia Othlela Harris Cash. She was a homemaker and a member of Willingham Drive Baptist Church. and is preceded in death by her Husband, William Reed Martin and son, Roy Martin.

She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy J. Martin, Cleveland; Katherine Ann Davis, Cleveland and Delilah Marie Holbrook, Lawrenceville. Sisters Sylvia Sykes, Fayetteville, Vivian Hobert, Cleveland, Ethel Slacks, Florida, Mary Alice Vaughn, Cleveland
3 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9.

Flowers will be appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
