Ethel W. Minish, 84

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Ethel W. Minish, 84, of 377 Ellizabeth St. Commerce. She passed away Sunday, May 25, 2003, at BJC Hospital of an extended illness.

She was a native of Towns County and the daughter of the late Dee and Sarah Alice Smith Wood. She retired from Blue Bell Mfg. Company after 42 years of service.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. John C. "Jake" Minish, a niece, Jane Scott of Commerce, and a nephew, Tom Morrison of Commerce, along with other nieces and nephews.

Graveside service are scheduled Wednesday, May 28, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. from Grey Hill Cemetery. Rev. David Bowen and Rev. Henry Webb will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, May, 27.
