Marie Hunter Pass, 80
Memorial Park Funeral of Gainesville announces the death of Marie Hunter Pass, age 80, of Oakwood who passed away Thursday, February 03, 2005 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 05, 2005 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Bill Long and Reverend Scott Morgan will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM Friday, February 04, 2005 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pass was born in North Carolina to the late James A. and Allie Pennington Hunter, but had lived most of her life in Hall County. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Oakwood.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Pass, Oakwood; daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and Michael Buice, Suwanee; Amy and Jerry Wethington, Atlanta; grandson, Blake Buice, Flager Beach, Florida; grandson and wife, Clint and Jaime Buice, Marietta; grandsons, Austin and Bryan Wethington, both of Atlanta; great-grandson, Hunter Buice, Marietta; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted, but those who wish may make a contribution to the Arthritis Foundation, 1330 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia, 30309.
Memorial Park Funeral Home of Gainesville is in charge of arrangements.
