Thomas Allen Butler, 49

Thomas Allen Butler, age 49, of Bold Springs Road, Commerce, Georgia passed away Tuesday June 27, 2006 at Hill Haven Nursing Home following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Friday June 30, 2006 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. The Reverend Fulton Boswell and Reverend Tim Mitchell will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4-9 pm Wednesday June 28, 2006 and Thursday June 29, 2006 at the funeral home.

Mr. Butler was born in Fulton County but had lived most of his life in Hall County. He attended Flowery Branch School, and Johnson High School. He was a member of Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Holly Butler, Maysville; granddaughter, Jaylyn Butler, also of Maysville; parents, Goldie Albert Butler and Mary Allene (Hayes) Butler, Commerce; brothers, Mike Butler, Tucker; and Bruce Butler, Canton; sisters, Judy Gilstrap, Commerce; and Susan Butler, also of Commerce.
