Johnny Lee O'Kelley, 66

Johnny Lee O'Kelley, age 66, of Mountain View Road, Oakwood, Georgia passed away Thursday August 31, 2006 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an brief illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 am Saturday September 2, 2006 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Reverend Bobby Ivester and Reverend Robbie Forrester will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday September 1, 2006 at the funeral home.

Mr. O'Kelley was born in Hall County to the late Robert Lee O'Kelley and Bonnie (Wofford) O'Kelley. Mr. O'Kelley was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Survivors include his wife, Vivian (Hewell) O'Kelley, Oakwood; son, Nelson O'Kelley, Paradise Island, Bahamas; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Andrea O'Kelley, Gainesville; grandson, Sean Patrick O'Kelley; and a sister, Shirley McDonald, Gainesville.
