Joseph William Cain, 77

Joseph William Cain, age 77, of J. Cain Road, Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, February 08, 2007 at the Bell-Minor Home following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, February 10, 2007 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow at Springway Baptist Church Cemetery. The Reverend Johnny Stone will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday, February 9, 2007 at the funeral home.

Mr. Cain was born in Hall County to the late Manasseh Cain and Dola (Nix) Cain. He was retired from Mar-Jac Poultry. Mr. Cain was also a member of Springway Baptist Church, He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Janette (Chandler) Cain.

Mr. Cain is survived by his daughters, Wanda Patton, Gainesville; and Lisa Brock, also of Gainesville; and five grandchildren.
