Angela Faye “Angie” Gibby, 48

Angela Faye “Angie” Gibby, age 48 of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, February 06, 2020.

Born in Demorest, Georgia on October 17, 1971, she was a daughter of Marilyn Higgins Foster of Cornelia, Georgia & the late Roger Gibby. Angie worked for Baker & Taylor in Commerce and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a kind-hearted person, wonderful daughter, sister, granddaughter & the best GiGi to her niece & nephews.

In addition to her father, Angie was preceded in death by her aunt, Charlotte Higgins & uncle Phil Higgins.

Survivors in addition to her mother include, sisters, Bridgette Foster of Cornelia, GA; Deidre Foster of Flowery Branch, GA; brothers & sisters-in-law, Chance & Kellie Foster of Conyers, GA; Rodney & Christina Foster of Clarkesville, GA; grandmother, Faye Higgins of Cornelia, GA; niece, Katie Foster; nephews, Austin Guzman & Dylan Foster; aunts & uncle, Pam & Kevin Shelnut of Cleveland, GA; Ginger Higgins Gunn of Cornelia, GA; Phyllis Higgins of Cornelia, GA; uncle& aunt, Wayne & Elaine Higgins of Cornelia, GA; numerous cousins, other relatives, & friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Hillside Memorial Chapel with Rev. Chad Parham & Rev. Scott Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
