Lula Frances Westmoreland Whitworth

Mrs. Lula Frances Westmoreland Whitworth, age 88 of 69 Denver Whitworth Road, Eastanollee passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of the late Willie and Ruby Stonecypher Westmoreland, she was born June 2, 1930 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was a homemaker, was of the Baptist faith and attended Eastanollee Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Whitworth, sister, Jeanette Thomason and by two brothers, John Terrell Westmoreland and Billy Westmoreland.

Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Deborah Whitworth and Donna and Ken Weaver both of Eastanollee; grandchildren, Taylor Weaver, Amy and Henry Bohannon; great-granddaughter, Kyrstin Bohannon; three sisters and brother-in-law, Agnes Rickman of Toccoa, Linda Finley and Patsy and Glenn Smith both of Westminster, South Carolina; special niece, Sandra Fulbright.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 18, 2018, 4 O’clock p.m. at Stephens Memorial Gardens with The Reverend Ricky McFarlin officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Glenn Smith, Richard Smith, Dennis Smith, Ken Weaver, Henry Bohannon and Colt Voyles.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Frances Whitworth.
