Jerry Parson

Mr. Jerry Parson, age 58, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at Erlanger North Hospital in Red Bank, Tennessee, with his family.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2016 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Rev. Luke Parson will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 2016 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Parson was born April 29, 1958 to the late Howard William & Barbara Sue Parson in Gainesville.  He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.

Mr. Parson is survived by his wife, Paula Parson; son Lamar & Betty Parson of Royston, Georgia; daughter, Brittany Parson of Athens; 8 grandchildren; sister, Denise & Jackie Berry of Lula; and nephews, Brandon Parson and Tim Myers.
