Jack Hugh Chesney

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Jack Hugh Chesney, age 84 of Oakwood. Mr. Chesney passed away Monday
October 22, 2012.

A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 10:30 am Thursday October 25, 2012 from St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with Ftr. Thad Rudd
officiating.

Mr. Chesney was born in Cincinnati Ohio on June 1, 1928 to the late Thomas and Opal Chesney. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church as well as the Knights of Columbus. At the time of his death he
was employed in sales with Dahlonega Transport. He was also a guest columnist in many of our local newspapers.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Lynn Ann Parry and his brother Raymond Chesney.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years Theresa Chesney, sons Jerry Chesney, Collinsville, IL, and Mark R. Chesney, Cleveland; sons and daughter-in-laws Michael Hugh and Randy Chesney, Loganville GA and
Donald R. and Janette Chesney, Loganville GA; daughters and son-in-laws Cynthia and Steve West, New Orleans LA; and Jill Maria and
Charlie Putnam, Oakwood GA.
