Mrs. Cook is preceded in death by her parents; Benjamin & Mary Cook, late husband; Richard Williams; brother; Jimmy Cook, sisters; Muriel Kellogg, Marie Froeligher, Barbara Caston, Judy Ivey, and Janie Whitlow, son; Jerry Dwayne Mckee II

She is survived by her grandson & granddaughter-in-law; Jerry Dwayne Jazz Mckee III & Ashley Maranday Mckee (Gainesville), siblings; Benny & Suzie Cook (Cleveland), and Rosa Lee Boster (Oakwood)
