David Davon Burton was born on October 5, 1958 in Los Angeles California, to Osevelt Burton and the late Catherine O’Bryant. He was preceded in death by his son David Burton Jr. David Burton better known as “woop” to his close friends and family.Woop loved playin dominos, detailing cars, and listening to old school music. David enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends. David leaves to cherish his loving memories to his four siblings (two sisters Venita and Rhonda Burton, and two brothers Osevelt “Butch” and Mike Burton; His beautiful daughters Wanisha, Monique, and Shabreanna Burton. Three grandchildren Eboni Lewis, Monterio Pierce Jr., Brook’Lynn Pierce and Makaela Pierce. One great grand daughter Emanii Cohill and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Wimberly Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM. Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
