Horace Lanier Gailey

Mr. Horace Lanier Gailey, 98, of Clermont, Ga. died on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.  A funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Clermont, Ga.  Pastor Dusty Rogers will officiate the service.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Gailey is survived by his wife Emilie Strickland Gailey; his sons Richard Gailey (Linda), Ronald Gailey (Debbie), his daughter Dr. Sarah Grooms (Fred); seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Mr. Gailey was preceded in death by his father Jesse Thomas Gailey, his mother Jura Idell Jackson Gailey, and his brother Howell Gailey.  W. R. Strickland & Sons, Clermont, Ga.
