Joyce Bonner

Mrs. Joyce Bonner, age 81 of Flowery Branch, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 at The Phoenix at Lake Lanier.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 5, 2023 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Michael Moore will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M.at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bonner was born September 22, 1941 to the late Gayner T. & Velvie May Henderson Johnson in Atlanta, Georgia. She was of the Baptist faith. 

Mrs. Bonner is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Dane Tracy & Kelley Bonner of Griffin, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Mark & Dee Dee Bonner of Douglasville, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Julie & Chris E. Wettlaufer of Flowery Branch, GA; grandchildren, Dane & Virginia Bonner, Haley & Kyle Duggan, Keeton & Nicole Bonner and Kyle & Erika Wettlaufer; great-grandchildren, Leighton and Kinley Duggan, Warren Bonner, Nora Bonner, Ruby Bonner, Vayda Bonner, Isla Bonner and Stella Bonner; and sister, Maggie Rice.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lamar Bonner; son-in-law, Chris Wetlaufer; and parents.
