Mary “Cookie” Harman Tarter, age 77, Mobile, AL passed away July 13, 2021.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joel Tarter, Mobile, AL; children, Debbi (Larry) Venturi, Pompano, FL, Larry (Angie) Tarter, Braselton, GA; grandchildren, Zachary (Nicole) Tarter, Kelly (Kyle) Roberts Venturi, Dominnick (Jennifer) Garcia; great-grandchild, Emersyn Tarter; brother, Alfred (Carolyn) Harman, Monroe, NY.  Mrs. Tarter was born September 21, 1943 in Long Island, NY.  She worked as an office manager for Dr. Braun.  There are no formal services at this time.
