James Robert Reeves Jr.

James Robert Reeves Jr. (Jim) of Dahlonega, GA passed away on January 14, 2021.  He was born April 21, 1948 in Clarkesville, GA and preceded in death by his parents , Bob and Faye Reeves.  Jim is survived by his wife of 27 years, Debbie Reeves ; his brother Randy Reeves (Charlotte) of Woodstock, GA ; his son Chris Reeves (Dana) of Toccoa, GA; his son Brian Church (Catherine) of Cleveland, GA; his daughter Kim Reeves Shepard (Chris) of Norwalk, Iowa; and daughter Angie Church King of Canton, GA.  He had 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Reeves was a veteran of the US Navy and a former member of the National Guard.  He retired after 30 years with Georgia Power Company . He enjoyed traveling, day trips, spending time with his wife and family, looking at new cars ,watching NASCAR and Navy reunions.

A private family service will be held in his honor.
