A former Gainesville High School teacher has been indicted by a grand jury on five charges, including child molestation and computer pornography.
According to the indictment, 29-year-old Cameron Millholland was charged with one count of felony child molestation, one count of felony computer pornography, and three counts of felony improper sexual contact by an employee in the first degree.
The child molestation allegedly occurred between December of 2021 and August of 2022 when Millholland masturbated in front of a child under 16 years of age via video chat.
The computer pornography charge occurred in August of 2022 when he allegedly used Snapchat to entice the same child to commit aggravated sodomy and aggravated child molestation.
The first count of improper sexual contact by an employee was due to Millholland’s employment at Gainesville High School while the child was a student at the high school.
The second and third counts were due to an incident in June of 2022 and July of 2022 when Millholland allegedly engaged in sexually explicit contact with two other students at the school.
Two other charges of child molestation and criminal attempt to commit a felony were dismissed by the grand jury.
