Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed several employees actively preparing food without a hair restraint. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair. COS: PIC voluntarily got a form of hair restraints for employees during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed an accumulation of a red substance in the reach-in freezer. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC to clean reach-in freezer more frequently and after spills, to prevent accumulation. Repeat Violation.
