Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(x)] Observed no thermometers provided in cold holding units. In a mechanically refrigerated or hot food storage unit, the sensor of a temperature measuring device shall be located to measure the air temperature in the warmest part of a mechanically refrigerated unit and in the coolest part of a hot food storage unit. Facility must correct within (3) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 12/08/2021 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed no drain plug in facility's outside receptacle. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Facility must correct within (3) days time New Violation.
