Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed employee involved in food preparation (cutting) with no hair restraint to prevent contamination. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. COS: Employee placed hair restraint on during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed inspection from 11/09/20 posted in drive-thru. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. COS: PIC posted current inspection in drive-thru. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed dumpster lid opened and an accumulation of unnecessary products and debris. A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. Facility must clear area from unnecessary debris within (10) days time.
