Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed open beverage container on prep table in the kitchen. Employees should drink from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands. PIC immediately removed the cup from the kitchen. New violation. Corrected On-Site.
