Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed foods cold holding in the reach-in cooler in the back of the facility at the following temperatures: cooked potatoes 55 degrees Fahrenheit, deli Ham 45 degrees Fahrenheit, sausage 45 degrees Fahrenheit, and pooled eggs 44 degrees Fahrenheit. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded potatoes, ham, sausage, and eggs during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Observed backflow preventer on mop/service sink leaking heavily when turned on. Faucet was connected to a hose which reaches below the flood level of the basin. COS: PIC removed hose which resolved the leak. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
