Mrs. Alberta Compton Paris, 94

Alexander's Gateway Chapel Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Alberta Compton Paris, age 94 of Lawrenceville, Georgia. Mrs. Paris passed away Saturday, October 16, 2004 at Gwinnett Medical Center following a period of declining health.

Mrs. Paris' was a longtime resident of Gwinnett County, she was a member of the Rocky Hill Baptist Church in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her husband, Burnell Paris.

She is survived by her Niece, Dorthy Bush, Cleveland; Great Nieces, Julie Kannon, Navaree, Fl and Paula Rhodes, Duluth; Great Nephews, Randy Bush, Cumming and Bill Bush, Ballground, Ga.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 17, 2004 from the funeral home chapel, the Rev. Doyle Thorton will officiate. Graveside services are planned for 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 19, 2004 from the Rocky Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
