The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers begins a series of public hearings this week at which it will update its Lake Lanier recreation study.
As AccessWDUN reported a couple of weeks ago, the first of the hearings will be held Tuesday in Buford, following by one in Gainesville on Thursday, Feb. 20 in Cumming, and Feb. 22 in Dawsonville.
