ROSWELL, Ga. — After blowing past Roswell in the first set, 25-13, the Gainesville volleyball team rallied from a 12-point deficit in the second to get the best-of-five road win over the Hornets on Tuesday.
Big Red won in straight sets 25-13, 26-24, 25-19.
With their victory over the Hornets, Big Red moves to 10-3 on the year.
Kyndall Butler had 13 kills for Gainesville while Taylor Reid added 10. Harper Orr assisted on 31 points, and Prentice McGarvey led the team in digs with 11.
Gainesville returns to action against St. Pius at 8 a.m. Saturday in the Rally Point Showcase at Lake Point Sports.
