The name of the Scion driver who fled from officers Wednesday afternoon has been released.
According to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP) reports that 26-year-old Justin Tyler Tyndall of Lula was the driver that fled Oakwood officers and state troopers.
He ended up hitting the Nissan of Gabriael Morgan Collins of Gainesville when he tried to turn onto Flat Creek Road from Stephens Road.
Collins suffered minor injuries, but no one was transported for their injuries.
According to Hall County's booking report, Tyndall faces eight charges including possession of a schedule I controlled substamce, DUI, speeding, and fleeing or attempting to elude.
He also faces another speeding charge, no passing zone , failure to maintain lane, and a stop sign violation.
Tyndall is being held at the Hall County Jail without bond.

A pursuit in Oakwood led to a crash and an arrest Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP), a trooper responded to assist the Oakwood Police Department (OPD) at around 3 p.m. with a vehicle that fled from a traffic stop.
At that time, the trooper observed the fleeing Scion TC and also attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The Scion failed to stop, and a pursuit started.
The Scion led authorities down Stephens Road, traveling south and approaching Flat Creek Road.
The Scion failed to stop at a stop sign, and tried to turn right onto Flat Creek Road. In doing so, the driver struck a Nissan Altima that was stopped at the intersection.
The Scion driver, whose name has not yet been released, was arrested at the scene. The driver of the Nissan sustained only minor injuries and was not transported from the scene.
