A public notice was released by the Forsyth County Board of Voter Registrations & Elections announcing that they will be holding two meetings discussing items such as absentee ballots, releasing voting results and more.
In one notice, the Forsyth County Board announced that they will host a meeting where the superintendent will open and process absentee ballots for the Democratic Special Primary Runoff.
During the meeting, the Board will be allowed to create a quorum to discuss the results to a deeper extent, at their own discretion. An official decision will not be made by the Board during the meeting, in the event a quorum is created or otherwise. This meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 15 and start at no later than 6 p.m.
Another meeting was announced by the Forsyth County Board that will take place on the same day, starting at no later than 7 p.m.
This meeting will focus on the discussion and consideration of votes for the Democratic Special Primary Runoff and Board approval to post unofficial and incomplete election results.
Both of these meetings are taking place at 1201 Suwanee Drive 30040 in Cumming, Georgia.
The public notices made sure to encourage all interested persons to attend the meetings, who will be allowed to attend under the limits of the law.
