A multi-vehicle wreck in White County led to two people being transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) Gainesville.
According to White County officials, they received reports of the accident on Highway 254 at around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
White County personnel were dispatched to the scene along with Georgia State Patrol (GSP).
Upon arrival, one vehicle was found off the roadway and a person was found entrapped in their vehicle.
Emergency personnel extricated the individual and initiated medical care.
Both drivers were transported by White County EMS to NGMC Gainesville.
Highway 254 at Post Road and Webster Lake Road were closed to traffic from around 1:30 p.m. to just after 2 p.m.
