Suwanee Police locate missing man with intellectual disability

Authorities say Byron has been located without injury and has been reunited with his family. 
 
Original story: 
The Suwanee Police Department is searching for a missing man with an intellectual disability.  
 
A release from the department says Byron Gregory Parks, 20, was last seen on Thursday, June 12 at the Artisan Station Apartments on Scales Road in Suwanee at 11:30 p.m. He is believed to have left that initial incident location. 
 
Byron is described as a Black male, standing at 4 feet and 8 inches tall and weighing about 70 pounds. 
 
 He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, navy blue and forest green pajama shorts, and no shoes. Byron is known to like visiting parks, and he likes water. The department said he is non-verbal, but does know his own name. 
 
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to  contact the Suwanee Police Department at 770-945-8995. 
Byron Gregory Parks, 20, was last seen on June 12, 2025.
