Lumpkin County is hosting their Citizen Law Enforcement Academy from August 11th to September 30th. LCPD invites all interested persons to learn more about the responsibilities of different levels of officers at the department.
The program will go over topics such as: patrol duties, DUI & traffic enforcement, criminal investigations, hiring & training deputies, duties of a corrections officers and much more.
