The Lawrenceville Police Department is asking the public for their help in finding a woman they say has been missing for over a month.

The police department posted to social media Tuesday afternoon that Thaina Noresca, age 27, was last seen leaving her residence in the city on May 1.

"Since leaving her home, she has not had any contact with family or friends, which is out of character," the police department said.

Authorities said Noresca was last seen wearing blue denim jeans, a red Mickey Mouse t-shirt and brown sandals. She reportedly has a tattoo reading "Anina" on her right wrist.

Anyone with information on Noresca's location is asked to contact Lawrenceville Police Detective Appleby by calling 770-610-5148 or by emailing [email protected].
