Georgia based Piedmont Healthcare has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z for 2025 based on an assessment by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.

The list is based on an assessment of publicly accessible data as well as discussions and interviews with Human Resources professionals and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among more than 75,000 Gen Z employees from U.S. companies.

“Piedmont’s goal is to be an employer of choice for a top-tier and diverse work force and this honor is a testament to those efforts,” Piedmont President and CEO Kevin Brown said. “We are honored to be recognized as one of America’s greatest workplaces for Gen Z and a place where our employees can grow and recognize their potential.”

Newsweek states that the list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z identifies employers across the U.S. that excels in areas that matter most to young professionals that include belonging and community, sustainability and awareness, compensation and benefits, training and career progression, work-life-balance, working environment, company image, mental wellbeing, job security and corporate culture.

“The ranking reflects the positive culture we foster, which supports our mission of making a positive difference in every life we touch,” said Piedmont Chief Human Resources Officer Alison Smith.
