The Gainesville Hall County Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) is seeking your help this weekend in allegedly putting away...delicious pancakes and other breakfast delicasies!
That's when they invite the community to its Annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. It's being held at Lakewood Baptist Church, located at 2235 Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville.
The local officers will be flipping pancakes and serving up smiles all morning, and in addition to their famous, fluffy pancakes, the breakfast will include biscuits and gravy, crispy bacon, savory sausage, and many breakfast beverages.
All proceeds from the event go directly to the Cops & Kids Program here in Hall County. While tickets are not needed to attend, a Free Will donation would be gladly accepted at the entrance.
A release from the FOP/Gainesville-Hall County says this program builds positive relationships between law enforcement and local youth, providing support, mentorship, and memorable experiences throughout the year.
“This event is one of our favorites,” said a representative from the Gainesville Hall County FOP. “Not only is it a great chance to enjoy breakfast with your neighbors and local officers, but it’s all for an incredible cause—our kids.”
