A wreck on Hog Mountain Road near Flowery Branch on Friday left five people injured.
According to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP), they responded to Hog Mountain Road near Oakfern Trail at around 1 p.m. to investigate a two-vehicle collision.
During that investigation, GSP determined that a Jeep Cherokee driven by 41-year-old William McGrew of Flowery Branch was traveling south on Hog Mountain Road when he failed to negotiate a right-hand curve.
McGrew’s vehicle traveled into the northbound lane where it struck a Toyota Camry driven by 51-year-old Jennifer Lynn Roberts of Flowery Branch.
McGrew, three juveniles in the vehicle with him, and Roberts were transported for non-life-threatening injuries.
McGrew was cited for failure to maintain lane.
