After a shooting at a house party in Buford on Saturday, the Gwinnett County Police Department (GCPD) has now identified the victim.
Authorities report that the victim was 17-year-old Jayden Long of Loganville. The motivation for the incident is still under investigation.

The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at a house party in Buford on Saturday.
Officers arrived to the report of one person shot in the area of 2715 Brown Road shortly after 2:00 a.m where they noticed one male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers rendered aid by doing chest compressions, however the male was pronounced deceased on scene.
The victim’s identification is being withheld until the next of kin has been identified.
