A Hart County man was arrested in Hall County this past week amid a human trafficking investigation that spanned multiple counties.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation released a report Friday saying Reed Skelton, age 26, has been charged with trafficking of persons for sexual servitude. Jail records indicate he was arrested and booked into the Hall County Jail on Tuesday.
He is there on a hold from Fulton County authorities.
The GBI said Skelton had been communicating with a minor through social media in the fall of 2024. At one point, he allegedly traveled to Fulton County to meet that minor before bringing the person to a hotel and paying for sex.
Skelton is in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Saturday afternoon.
