A Flowery Branch man is in the Hall County Jail without bond following a cocaine trafficking charge.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) reports that 29-year-old Ryan Ewald To was arrested on Feb. 27 on Spout Springs Road after a search of To’s vehicle.
The search reportedly led to finding 30-grams of suspected cocaine in a baggie and Alprazolam tablets.
To was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of a schedule IV drug.
The street value of the narcotics was estimated to be $3,100 according to officials.
The investigation into To started last fall, authorities said.
