Regions 6-6A with North Forsyth and 7-5A with Gainesville will open their schedules on Monday, joining Buford as the only northeast Georgia regions so far to begin their quests for playoff spots.
The Raiders travel to arch-rival South Forsyth, who was a quarterfinalist in the old Class 7A in 2024, to open a three-game series. Gainesville plays host to Roswell at Ivey-Watson in the first game of a three-game series as well.
Meanwhile, Buford will try and rebound from a Region 8-6A loss to Mountain View on Friday. The Wolves open a three-game series at home against Collins Hill.
Cherokee Bluff travels to East Forsyth in a battle of former region foes and East Hall heads to Stephens County in a pair of non-region contests.
