FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Lanier Christian won its home opener in dominating fashion Thursday routing Trinity Classical, 15-0.
The Lightning (2-0) struck for 6 runs in the first and coasted from there. Gavin Strabala and Earl Adamson had two hits apiece while also driving in two runs. Drew Kalinauskas also had two RBI for LCA.
Hayden Davis struck out 6 and allowed no hits to get the win on the mound.
The Lightning next will play host to Lakeview Academy on Tuesday.
