A man was arrested after a Feb. 1 wreck on Ga. 365 took the life of a 65-year-old woman.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office obtained arrest warrants for 55-year-old Brian “Keith” Crowe of Carnesville on Feb. 5 and he turned himself into the Hall County Jail on Thursday.
Crowe faces misdemeanor charges of second-degree homicide by vehicle and stopping, standing, or parking in a prohibited place.
That came after the wreck at the intersection of Ga. 365 and White Sulphur Road when Crowe’s truck stalled in the intersection before being hit by a Chrysler car.
Patricia Ann Cooper was a passenger in the car and died in the crash.
Crowe posted a $5,830 bond and was released early Friday morning.
No one else is facing charges in the crash.
