ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 7, 2025--

NCR Atleos Corporation (NYSE: NATL) (“Atleos”), a leader in expanding self-service financial access for financial institutions, retailers and consumers, today announced that it has received the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) Outstanding Service Award.

The award recognizes Atleos' exceptional contributions to the industry, highlighting its long-term positive influence, excellence in technology and service, leadership in best practices, and specific, measurable achievements that have produced tangible results. ATMIA, the global trade association for the ATM industry, announced the award at its annual US Conference in Orlando, Fla.

The Outstanding Service Award underscores Atleos' position as a leader in the financial technology industry and its ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional value to its clients and partners.

ATMIA selected Atleos for this honor based on these criteria:

Specific recent examples of Atleos solutions and initiatives that ATMIA considered for this award include:

  1. Access to cash for the unbanked and vulnerable members of society provided by Atleos’ ATM implementation of the Pin4 Cash solution. Pin4 Cash provides emergency cash payments via SMS, allowing recipients to withdraw cash from participating NCR Atleos ATMs without needing a debit card or bank account. Pin4 Cash is used by over 50 organizations in the UK, dispensing millions of pounds in emergency cash.
  2. Ensuring financial inclusion in the United Kingdom with Atleos’ shared deposit-taking ATMs. Deployed in high-footfall retail outlets, these ATMs offer LINK deposit transactions, allowing cardholders to deposit cash and receive instant credit in their accounts.
  3. Ensuring resilience of the ATM channel with ATM as a Service (ATMaaS). Outsourcing end-to-end ATM management to Atleos, allowing financial institutions to focus on customer service and business growth. Atleos ATMaaS enhances business continuity.
  4. Extending self-service banking presence with the Atleos Allpoint Network in the United States. Allpoint provides surcharge-free access to everyday banking transactions at premium retail locations.

"We are honored to receive the Outstanding Service Award from ATMIA," said Tim Oliver, CEO of Atleos. "This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as our commitment to driving positive change for customers and the industry. We will continue to innovate and strive for excellence in all that we do."
