The Town of Braselton announced Wednesday its intent to opt out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption.
Prior to officially adopting the resolution, all concerned citizens are invited to attend the public hearings to be held on the matter.
Two meetings will take place at Braselton Courtroom in the Braselton Police and Municipal Court building at 5040 Highway 53 on Feb. 6 at 4 p.m. and Feb. 10 at 6 p.m.
