The Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested four following a fugitive manhunt in Helen Thursday.
According to a release from the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, law enforcement in Myrtle Beach, SC, requested assistance locating a fugitive,Courtney Cole Scott, 32, who was wanted for Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime and Armed Robbery.
Agents with the GBI, along with the White County Sheriff’s Office , The Cleveland Police Department, and the Helen police department, initiated a manhunt in Helen which ended with Scott’s arrest in Cleveland.
Three other individuals, all from Myrtle Beach, were also arrested in the case:
Kaylynn Bohan, 23, of Cleveland, GA was arrested for Hindering the Apprehension of a Criminal,Possession of Cocaine, and Crossing the Guard Line with a Controlled Substance .
Jeffrey Edwards, 62, of Myrtle Beach, SC was charged with Hindering the Apprehension of a
Criminal.
Katrina Edwards, 51, of Myrtle Beach was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Hindering
The Apprehension of a Criminal.
All suspects were booked into the White County jail.
