Two radar signs stolen in Nicholson, Jackson County issues a Be on the Lookout

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) is reporting two radar signs being stolen between Sunday, Sept. 8 and Thursday, Sept. 12. 

In a Facebook post, JCSO said that one was stolen off of Sanford Drive at Quail Ridge Drive in Nicholson and another was stolen off of Highway 335 in Nicholson.

The JCSO is asking for anyone with information regarding the theft to contact Investigator Justin Elliot. His phone number is (706) 387-6047. You can also reach out to their tip line at (706) 387-3784.

According to Radarsign, a producer of radar signs in Marietta, these signs can cost anywhere from $2,500 to $7,500.
