The Lawrenceville Police Department has posted video of a man fleeing a traffic stop earlier this year as they continue to search for him.

A Facebook post by the department said the stop was made on June 16. An officer pulled over the black BMW for an apparent window tint violation.

During the stop, the officer said he noticed a smell of marijuana coming from the car and asked the suspect to step out so the vehicle could be searched. After a brief exchange, the man rolled up his window and drove away.

The man, however, left his drivers license with the officer. He has been identified as Rikardo Louis, age 37.

Police say he is wanted for fleeing, a window tint violation and obstruction.

Body camera footage of a traffic stop involving Rikardo Louis, age 37, who allegedly fled the scene.
