Oakwood man arrested for allegedly threatening three individuals over stolen vapes, beer

The Oakwood Police Department made an arrest on Wednesday over an alleged altercation over stolen vapes and beer.

27-year-old Curtis Tucci of Oakwood was at the Audobon Apartment Complex on Lanier Mill Circle Wednesday night when officers responded just after 10:30 p.m.

Tucci was allegedly making threats to three individuals, threatening them with a knife while accusing them of stealing the vapes and beer from his apartment.

“He (Tucci) then turned around, went back to his apartment and made the comment that he had more weapons in the apartment and was going to go back there,” Sergeant Stewart Webb said the three individuals told officers. “He never came back out.”

Webb said that Tucci admitted to officers he did it. Officers then placed him under arrest and took him to the Hall County Jail.

Webb also added that there appeared to be some sort of friendship or relationship between at least two of the individuals involved.

Tucci was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a weapon and is in the Hall County Jail as of last report.
